🚀 Nature of Delivery

All services offered on our platform—such as video editing, voiceovers, thumbnail design, scriptwriting, etc.—are delivered digitally through online channels like:

  • Google Drive

  • Email

    Direct platform messaging

  • Any other agreed-upon digital method


⏱️ Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines are defined by the freelancer at the time of service listing or during custom order discussions.

  • Standard Orders: Delivered within the timeline specified in the service package.

  • Custom Orders: Delivery timelines are mutually agreed upon before payment.

  • Delays: If a delay is expected, freelancers must inform clients in advance and propose a new deadline.

Note: Failure to deliver on time without communication may impact a freelancer’s ratings and account standing.


✅ Order Completion

An order is marked “Completed” when:

  • The buyer approves the final delivery, or

  • No revision or dispute is raised within 72 hours of delivery

Once completed, the freelancer receives payment after the platform’s verification and settlement period.


📩 Failed or Incomplete Deliveries

If the freelancer fails to deliver the service:

  • The buyer can request a refund or raise a dispute within the platform.

  • Our support team will mediate to ensure a fair resolution.


📦 No Physical Shipping

We do not offer any physical products. Any references to “shipping” or “delivery” in receipts or transaction records should be understood as digital service delivery.
