Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines are defined by the freelancer at the time of service listing or during custom order discussions.

Standard Orders: Delivered within the timeline specified in the service package.

Custom Orders: Delivery timelines are mutually agreed upon before payment.

Delays: If a delay is expected, freelancers must inform clients in advance and propose a new deadline.
Note: Failure to deliver on time without communication may impact a freelancer’s ratings and account standing.
Order Completion
An order is marked “Completed” when:

The buyer approves the final delivery, or

No revision or dispute is raised within 72 hours of delivery
Once completed, the freelancer receives payment after the platform’s verification and settlement period.
Failed or Incomplete Deliveries
If the freelancer fails to deliver the service:
